The X, Y, and Z axes are equipped with precision ball screws, and the three-axis guide rails feature precision linear guide rails. All three axes utilize absolute value servo motors, and the system employs an imported high-performance CNC system to analyze and compensate for coordinate positioning, ensuring the machine's high precision. The spindle is a high-precision inline model with a direct-drive structure, achieving a maximum speed of 24,000 rpm as standard. The castings are produced using the Meehanite process, including thorough heat treatment to eliminate internal stress. This machine boasts high precision, high speed, and high rigidity, integrating drilling, tapping, and milling functions.
